Therefore, all sales made through www.digitalceo.store are final and non-refundable once the order is completed, and the product download becomes available and accessible via email or download link. Due to the nature of digital media, once you have downloaded a product, there is no way to “return” it, and as such, all payments made on this website are non-refundable. Any request or dispute regarding a refund will be rejected without further communication.

Customer Responsibility

No refunds will be provided if the product or service is downloadable or usable online in real-time, and our records indicate that the product or service has been downloaded or used through our system.

Exceptional Circumstances

While we stand behind our products and value your satisfaction, refunds are generally not offered due to the digital nature of our goods. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances can occur with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Download and Unzipping Issues

If you experience problems while downloading or unzipping the product, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. If your case is deemed genuine, we will provide you with an alternative download link or credit your money within 7 business days. If you do not contact us within this period, we will consider the download successful, and you will have no further right to redress or refund for a “download issue.”
